Peak Seasonal Visa (PSV) requirements

To apply for 1 of these jobs, you must:

  • have the relevant skills, experience and any other requirements of the job offered
  • have a job offer for a seasonal job, and
  • have a job offer from an employer accredited to hire workers under the Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV) with an available PSV .

Peak Seasonal Visa

You can apply for a regular AEWV to work in 1 of these jobs if you will be employed outside the seasonal peak period.

There are additional requirements you and your employer will need to meet if you want to apply for an AEWV.

The job offer must involve assisting with daily tasks to do with calf rearing.  These may include:

  • feeding
  • administering mineral treatments
  • moving and handling animals safely and preparing for transport.
Dairy Farm Cattle Worker — Relief Milker  841512

The job offer must be for a role:

  • on a dairy farm
  • providing respite or relief to dairy farmers, or cover for dairy farm workers who are on leave or injured, and
  • involving routine tasks on a dairy farm.
