In some instances, an Immigration Officer may request an applicant provides a DNA test result, to verify a biological relationship claimed in their application.
If you are required to provide a DNA test, only DNA samples tested by an Immigration New Zealand approved DNA Laboratory in accordance with standard procedures will be accepted as evidence.
Your Immigration Officer will advise you which DNA sampler you should visit to submit your DNA sample to if it is required.
