INZ Customer Experience Survey

Immigration New Zealand conducts monthly feedback surveys among applicants who have recently applied for a visa directly, either on paper or online.

The INZ Customer Experience Survey asks for feedback on their recent experience while applying for a visa. The information provided helps us understand the experience an applicant goes through and enables us to improve the services we provide in the future.

Survey invitations are emailed to a selected sample of customers. The participation in the survey is voluntary and in no way affects the application or status of the participant. 

Gravitas Research and Strategy, an independent research company, conducts the surveys and treats all responses as strictly confidential. Immigration New Zealand does not know who has completed the survey.
