INZ Customer Experience Survey

Immigration New Zealand runs monthly surveys of applicants who have recently applied for a visa.

The survey asks for feedback on their recent experience while applying for a visa. The information helps us understand the experience an applicant goes through and allows us to improve our services.

An email is sent to a selected sample of customers and invited to share their experience. Participation in the survey is voluntary and does not affect their application.

The survey is run by an independent research company, Gravitas Research and Strategy, and all responses are confidential. Immigration New Zealand does not know who has completed the survey.
