Your results

You can ask the doctor who examines you for a copy of your results. You can either do this at the time of your examination or any time after. You can also ask the doctor to let you know when they’ve sent your results to us. After the results have been sent to us, you can also ask us for copies. If you have any questions about your results, you should discuss these with your doctor.

Your authority to collect medical information

When you attend your medical appointment, you’ll be asked to sign a declaration, which will allow your doctor to collect your medical information to send to us.

It’s important to read the declaration carefully before signing it. If you’re 17 or under, your parent or guardian will need to sign the declaration for you.
