Amendment Circular 2025-10

Changes have been made to immigration instructions to shift Primary Teachers to the Straight to Residence Pathway under the Green List, along with some minor clarifications to skill thresholds for other occupations. These changes are effective from 26 March 2025. A clarification has also been made relating to maximum continuous stay periods under Accredited Employer Work Visa instructions (effective from 10 March 2025). Immigration instructions that will come into effect on 8 April 2025 have also been updated to reflect this.
