Details of the issue
We identified an IT issue where letters for some visa application systems were not uploading for applicants to see in their immigration online account from around 27 August 2024 onwards.
The visa applications systems affected were for:
- Student visas
- Group Visitor Visas
- Work visas (excluding the Accredited Employer Work Visa)
- Partner and child visas
- Straight to Residence Visa
- Work to Residence Visa
- Transport Work to Residence Visa
- Care Workforce Work to Residence Visa
We apologise for the delay in uploading these letters and acknowledge the impact this has had.
If you received a letter via email
Applicants may have received a letter directly through email. In these instances, they will see the letter again once it gets uploaded and is available in their immigration online account.
If you have not received a letter
Applicants can use our Visa Verification Service to check if they have been granted a visa.
