This is a reminder to help you prepare and submit your application. You need to include the documents and information stated in the application form and guide.

* Your passport must be valid for three months past the date you are to leave New Zealand, or one month beyond the date you intend to leave if the government issuing your passport has consular representation in New Zealand.
