Your New Zealand partner supports your application and your partnership meets all requirements, including living together for two years.  Yes.
Your New Zealand partner supports your application and your partnership meets all requirements, and you have been living together for six months.  No.
Your partner was granted residence on the basis of a partnership with a New Zealand citizen or resident three years ago but is now separated from that partner. No – your partner is not eligible to support your application unless five years have elapsed since the date they were granted residence.
Your partner sponsored or supported a partner eight years ago but they are now divorced. Yes – if you and your partner meet all other requirements.
