a 25 year old with one adult brother in New Zealand who is eligible to sponsor you	Yes - but you must have an offer of employment
a 20 year old with a parent in living in the same country as you but two sisters in New Zealand and with a job offer	No – you have family in the same country as yourself
a 40 year old with a job offer and 1 brother in the USA and a sister who has held NZ residence for 2 years	No – your sister is not eligible to sponsor you
a 25 year old with 2 dependent children and a job earning $26,000 with an only sister in New Zealand	No – you don’t meet the minimum income requirement for a family
a 60 year old with one adult brother in New Zealand who is eligible to sponsor you, and you have a job offer	No – you have to be 55 years or younger
