We are New Zealand trained and have visa delegations issued to us from the Chief Executive of the Department of Labour.
All visa officers are fluent in English and Indonesian languages. We conduct all visa application related interviews in Indonesian languages and, if required, we will interview the New Zealand sponsors in English.
We process all categories of visa application except for the Skilled Migrant Category which must be lodged directly to the Expressions of Interest Team in Wellington, New Zealand.
In 2004, we decided more than 5,000 Temporary entry applications. Please note that processing times for Temporary entry applications take up to 15 working days and, at times, may be longer depending on the individual circumstances of each applicant. Most applications are decided in about 10 working days.
It is important to ensure that, when lodging an application, all required documents are attached and that you provide us a day time telephone contact number just in case we need to talk to you about your application in more detail.
