General enquiries

Hamilton branch does not provide a general enquiry service. For advice and assistance on immigration matters:

• take a look at our online help service. It has a number of frequently asked questions that you can search
• contact our Immigration Contact Centre.

The Immigration Contact Centre is open 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday. If English is not your first language we may have an interpreter to assist you – ask for the Language Line. The phone numbers are:

• 0508 55 88 55 (outside the Auckland region, but within New Zealand).
