E2.60 Restrictions on the grant of a visa to certain groups as designated by the United Nations Security Council

  1. No temporary entry class visa will be granted to any person described in RA9(a); this paragraph is subject to (b) and (c) below.
  2. Immigration officers must contact the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade when processing any immigration application from a person to whom (a) above applies.
  3. A visa and entry permission may only be granted to a person to whom (a) above applies on the advice of the Secretary of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
  4. Paragraphs (a)-(c) above operate in addition to the requirements of the Immigration Act 2009.
