1. Actively involved means participating in the day-to-day operations, decision-making, and strategic planning of the business, including, but not limited to:
   1. managing employees or teams
   2. overseeing production, service delivery, or logistics
   3. handling customer relations or sales
   4. making financial decisions (budgeting, investments, pricing)
   5. developing marketing strategies or business plans
   6. monitoring cash flow and profitability
   7. approving expenditures
   8. ensuring compliance with tax and legal obligations.
