E12.5 Requesting an ETA

1. A request for an ETA may be made from 1 July 2019 for travel commencing from 1 October 2019.
2. Requests for traveller or transit ETAs must be made online.
3. Requests for crew ETA may be made on behalf of crew by a carrier or representative of a carrier, provided that a memorandum of understanding is in place between the carrier or the representative and INZ.
