F6.40 Conditions of a resident visa granted under the Sibling and Adult Child Category (29/11/2010)

A resident visa granted under the Sibling and Adult Child Category is subject to the condition that the sponsor of the visa holder meets their obligations as set out in F6.30 until two years from the visa holder’s first day as a resident in New Zealand.
