P2.1 Summary (26/07/1999)

1. Requirements for exchange schemes differ depending on the type of exchange.
2. All applications must be considered in terms of the criteria applying to the three classes of exchange scheme listed in P2.5.
3. As well as meeting the specific policy requirements for the relevant Exchange Scheme, applicants must also meet the lodgement and health and character requirements for temporary entry as set out at E4 and E5 of Generic Temporary Entry policy.
