E4.65 Requirements for having a decision to decline a temporary permit reconsidered

Immigration Act 1987 s 31
Immigration Regulations 1999 reg 19

  1. An application to have a decision to decline a temporary permit reconsidered must be submitted to an immigration officer, together with:
    1. the applicant's passport or certificate of identity, and
    2. the appropriate fee.
  2. The application must set out in full the matters that the applicant wishes to be taken into consideration, although an immigration officer may request further information.
  3. The process for reconsidering such a decision is set out at E7.35.1.
