A4.75 Medical conditions requiring follow-up (26/07/1999)

  1. Copies of medical and X-ray reports must be forwarded to:

    Director-General of Health
    Attn: Public Health Policy & Regulation
    P O Box 5013
    WELLINGTON

    in cases where it is determined by the consultant physician that the applicant should:

    1. seek medical treatment, or
    2. have their medical condition monitored after they arrive in New Zealand, or
    3. (if already in New Zealand) begin treatment.
  2. The applicant must be advised of the need for referral and that a medical waiver will not be granted until such time as the medical and X-ray reports have been referred to the Ministry of Health for their action.
