A4.45 Releasing details of consultant without consent (26/07/1999)

  1. Applicants or their medical advisers must not be given the consultant physician's name or address without the consultant physician's consent.
  2. Requests by applicants for access to a consultant physician must be referred to the appropriate processing office.
