  2. Pregnant women and children under 11 are not required to submit X-ray certificates (unless a special report is required).

    2. completed in English if possible, and
    3. less than 3 months old at the time of lodging the application unless an appropriately delegated visa or immigration officer, having regard to any instructions on the matter, has waived that lodgement requirement, in which case medical and X-ray certificates more than three months old may be accepted and used for determination purposes.
  5. If it is not possible to complete the forms in English, they must be submitted with a certified translation, as must any accompanying laboratory or specialist reports.
  6. If medical and X-ray certificates become a year old from date of issue before a decision on an application is made (see R5.55), visa and immigration officers may request further medical and X-ray certificates as a basis for determining an application.
  7. Visa and immigration officers may also request further medical and X-ray certificates as a basis for determining an application within the 12-month period, if there is good reason to do so.
