You should only complete this form if you already have an active expression of interest (EOI) in the Parent Resident Visa pool. 

  • This form must be completed if your EOI is at least 2 years old and at every 2-year interval after that.
  • The 2-year intervals are calculated from the date your EOI was submitted into the pool.
  • You must submit this form within 6 months of each 2-year interval.
  • You must ensure your Confirmation of EOI is submitted within the required timeframe — if it is not, your EOI will expire.
  • If you submit your Confirmation of EOI before your EOI has been in the pool for 2 years, it will not be accepted as confirmation.
  • If you are unsure if you have a valid EOI in the pool or if you need help to complete this form, contact us.
