R5.11 Verification and false information
- If an immigration officer is satisfied that any information or documentation submitted in applying for a visa is false or misleading, that application must be assessed (with respect to the false or misleading information) in accordance with the residence instructions at A24.15.
Note: R5.11, certified as immigration instructions, should be read in conjunction with R5.10.
