BD4.5 Conditions of a Business Investor work visas

1. The conditions specified on a Business Investor work visa will include the following conditions relating to work:
   1. As: self-employed
   2. For: a business operating in the following area [business type – e.g. Cafes and Restaurants]
   3. In: New Zealand.
2. The visa will be granted with multiple entry travel conditions.
3. Where application forms refer to a Business Industry Classification (BIC) code, the business type for the purposes of these instructions and visa conditions is based on the corresponding 4-digit ANZSIC code on which the BIC code is based.
