SR1.1 Overview (31/10/2022)

1. This chapter contains instructions for the grant of the following four types of resident visas:
   1. Skilled Residence: Green List Straight to Residence visa;
   2. Skilled Residence: Green List Work to Residence visa;
   3. Skilled Residence: Highly Paid visa; and
   4. Skilled Residence: Care Workforce Work to Residence visa
2. The Skilled Residence visas set out at (a) above are sub-categories of the Skilled Migrant Category.
3. Applications for Skilled Residence Green List Straight to Residence and Green List Work to Residence visas are prioritised in the order of processing above other skilled residence applications.
