D7.60 Failure to maintain confidentiality in relation to refugee or protection matters

It is an offence to, without reasonable excuse:
- contravene the requirements to maintain refugee and protection claimants’ confidentiality as detailed in section 151(1) of the Immigration Act 2009; or
- publish any information which is released in contravention of section 151(1) of the Immigration Act 2009.
