L2.15 Grant of limited visa a matter of discretion

  1. No person is entitled to a limited visa as a matter of right; unless the Immigration Act 2009 provides otherwise.
  2. Whether or not to grant a limited visa to any person is a matter for:
    1. the Minister's discretion; or
    2. subject to any special direction, an immigration officer, in his or her discretion.
