Y4.30 Bail

Immigration Act 1987 ss 128(15), 128B(12)

  1. A person detained under section 128 may not be granted bail, but a District Court Judge may order their release on reporting and other conditions if review proceedings are brought under section 128A.
  2. No person detained under section 128B may be granted bail.
