X6.10 Partners of New Zealand citizens not qualifying for returning residents' visas of indefinite currency

1. Partners of New Zealand citizens who do not qualify for an RRV current for an indefinite period (see X4.25), may be issued with a further two year RRV, provided:
   1. the New Zealand partner supports the application in writing, and:
   2. evidence is produced that the partnership with the New Zealand partner is ongoing.

X6.10.1 Dependent children

1. Dependent children of the partner of a New Zealand citizen, who were included in that partner's residence application, may be issued with an RRV.
2. The RRV will be current for a period equivalent to that of the partner's RRV.
