BF1 Principal applicants (26/11/2007)

1. Principal applicants under the Long-Term Business Visa, Investor, Entrepreneur, and Employees of Relocating Businesses, General (Active) Investor, and Professional Investor categories must meet a minimum standard of English to ensure their English language ability is sufficient to assist them to successfully settle in New Zealand.
2. Unless BF4 applies, applications under all categories of Business Immigration Policy must be declined if the principal applicant has not met the minimum standard of English.
