How you will receive your request — OpenText Core

We are using a secure cloud service called OpenText Core to provide you with your details.

This may require you to setup a free account for you to get access to the files and download them once your request has been completed.

After an INZ Privacy Officer has completed your request, they will email you to advise you that your information will be released via OpenText Core. You will receive a separate email from noreply@opentext.com letting you know that your information is ready to retrieve.

Follow the link and the prompts to register and download your information. If you have any questions or concerns you can reply to the Privacy Officer who completes your request, or you can contact our customer service centre.
