WA2.50 Verification activities after accreditation has been granted

  1. INZ may conduct verification activities during the period that Accredited Employer work visa holders are employed by the employer or the employer accreditation period to assess whether:
    1. an employer is compliant with the requirements of employer accreditation at any time during the period of an employer’s accreditation; and
    2. an organisation that an Accredited Employer work visa holder is placed in a triangular employment arrangement with meets the requirements as set out at WA2.20.1.
  2. Where necessary, INZ may conduct a site visit, with permission, to the premises of an employer or of the organisation where an Accredited Employer work visa holder is placed, and request documentation or evidence as part of the verification.
