Appendix 23 – Eligible Occupations for the Trades and Technician pathway
This Appendix is part of Government immigration instructions as described in section 22 of the Immigration Act 2009 (Skilled Migrant Residence instructions).
Applicants applying for residence via the Skilled Migrant Category who have a current role or an offer of skilled employment in one of the listed ANZSCO 1-3 skill level occupations may apply via the Trades and Technician pathway.
ANZSCO references in the appendix must be based on the immigration view of version 1.3 of the ANZSCO.
Note: Applicants with an offer of skilled employment in one of the listed occupations may also apply via the Points-based and Skilled Work Experience pathways, if they meet the requirements.
