Appendix 21 – Amber List – Additional Requirements for SMC Skilled Work Experience pathway
This Appendix is part of Government immigration instructions as described in section 22 of the Immigration Act 2009 (Skilled Migrant Residence instructions).
This appendix is relevant to applicants applying for residence via the Skilled Migrant Category who have a current role or an offer of skilled employment in one of the listed occupations and are applying via the Skilled Work Experience pathway.
ANZSCO references in the appendix must be based on the immigration view of version 1.3 of the ANZSCO.
Note: Applicants with an offer of skilled employment in one of the listed occupations who are applying via the Points-based pathway do not need to meet the additional requirements.
