BM1 Requirement to be a fit and proper person (01/04/2025)

1. Principal applicants must meet fit and proper person requirements (see BM2), if applying under:
   1. Migrant Investor categories; or
   2. Active Investor Plus category; or
   3. Entrepreneur Work Visa category; or
   4. Entrepreneur Resident Visa category; or
   5. Employees of Relocating Businesses category; or
   6. the Global Impact Visa programme.
2. Requiring applicants to be ‘fit and proper’ people ensures applicants are accountable for the actions of businesses they influence.
