BI4.5 Compliance with section 49(1) conditions
- When a resident visa holder has satisfied a business immigration specialist that the conditions on their resident visa imposed under section 49(1) of the Immigration Act 2009 as set out in BI4 have been complied with, in agreement with the visa holder, those conditions will be cancelled, and the business immigration specialist will advise the visa holder in writing.
- Where a resident visa holder has visa conditions cancelled under these immigration instructions, any related visa conditions imposed on that person’s partner and/or dependent children will also be cancelled, and a business immigration specialist will advise the visa holder(s) in writing.
