BI3.5 Approval in principle for applicants under BI2.10
- Principal applicants who meet the criteria under BI2.10 will also be advised, in addition to the requirements as set out at BI3.1 above that their resident visas will be granted subject to conditions under section 49(1) of the Immigration Act 2009.
