H5.11.1 Submission into the Pool
- An Expression of Interest (EOI) in applying for a visa, or requesting a variation of conditions, by a person claiming to have a critical purpose for travelling to New Zealand under H5.25.15(j) will be entered into a Pool of EOIs (the Pool).
- The Pool also contains EOIs that have been notified under S5.5.
H5.11.5 Selection from the Pool
EOIs will be selected from the Pool periodically by lodgement date order, regardless of whether the EOI was notified under the COVID-19 Support Restricted Temporary Instructions or S5.5.
