A11.5 Correspondence relating to these complaints (22/08/2016)

  1. Procedures for dealing with correspondence involving complaints to the other Commissioners are the same as for complaints to the Ombudsmen.
  2. All such correspondence should be referred to Immigration Resolutions.
  3. There is no right to remain in New Zealand pending the outcome of any complaint to other Commissioners.
