SM3.1 Ability to apply (28/08/2017)

A person may only apply for a resident visa under the Skilled Migrant Category if:

1. they have been invited to apply under the Skilled Migrant Category; and
2. they apply for a resident visa under the Skilled Migrant Category within four months of the date of advice from Immigration New Zealand (INZ) of that invitation; and
3. that invitation has not been revoked.
