BJ5.1 Ability to apply (29/11/2010)

A person may only apply for a resident visa under the Investor 2 Category if:

1. they have been issued with an Invitation to Apply (ITA) under the Investor 2 Category; and
2. they apply for a resident visa under the Investor 2 Category within four months of the date of the letter in which that invitation is made; and
3. that ITA has not been revoked.
