H5.15 Making an application for a visa or variation of conditions (to 17/06/2020)

Note: The instructions in this section cease to be effective from 18/06/2020

1. A person may only apply for a visitor visa or variation of conditions under these instructions if they are invited to do so.
2. An application must be made within 1 month of the date of the invitation to apply.
3. Applications for a visitor visa must be made in the prescribed manner.
