Note: The revised Skilled Migrant Category under SR3 instructions will be effective from 9 October 2023. People may still apply under SM instructions where they submit an expression of interest (EOI) for residence under the SMC at or before 11:59pm (NZT) on 15 August 2023, are selected from the EOI Pool, and have a valid invitation to apply for the Skilled Migrant Category under SM instructions in effect.
