WK4.5 Conditions of Essential Skills Work Visas (to 04/07/2022)

Essential Skills work visas will be subject to conditions that the holder:

1. may work only in a specified industry, trade, occupation or profession; and
2. may work only for a specified employer; and
3. may work only in a specified area or location; and
4. must be paid at or above a specified remuneration level where the visa is based on employment paid at or above the median wage; and
5. must provide evidence of the payment of remuneration if requested by an immigration officer.
