** All degrees awarded from 2003 must have accreditation on the award certificate [e.g. Akeditasi Ban No. 023/BAN-PT/Ak-VII/S1/V1/2004 (Accredited by National Accreditation Board No: 023/BAN-PT/Ak- V11/S1/V1/2004)]. If the accreditation is not on the award certificate, or the accreditation is unclear, the degree must be referred to NZQA for an International Qualification Assessment.
