WE3 Conditions of student and trainee work visas (29/11/2010)

1. Work visas granted to applicants approved under these instructions will be subject conditions appropriate to undertaking the practical training.
2. Apprentice jockeys who wish to change trainers should apply for and obtain a variation of conditions to their student and trainee work visa.
