F5.40 Resident visas with conditions (26/03/2012)

Dependent children accompanying principal applicants who are subject to conditions set out under section 49(1), will be granted resident visas subject to the condition that “the principal applicant comply with the conditions of the principal applicant’s visa”. (See R5.65.1).
