WJ2.5 Sound financial position evidential requirements

Evidence that an employer is in a sound financial position includes, but is not limited to:

1. a statement from a chartered accountant confirming the business is financially sound and is able to meet all outstanding obligations;
2. an authenticated set of accounts showing a sound financial position;
3. annual reports;
4. business plan.
