D6.15 Views of minor to be considered

1. In any proceedings or process of a kind referred to in D6.5(a) relating to a minor, the minor must be given an opportunity to express their views on the matter, whether personally or through a responsible adult.
2. Due weight is to be given to those views taking into account the minor's age and level of maturity and understanding.
