A20.15 Application for an endorsement
See also Immigration Act 2009 s 384(4)
Before an endorsement is made:
- applicants must lodge their application in the manner set out at A20.20.5 or A20.20.10; and
- an immigration officer must be satisfied that applicants for endorsements are New Zealand citizens.
