A12.5 Obtaining application forms

1. Application forms and guides are available for download and use from the INZ website (www.immigration.govt.nz/forms).
2. Pacific based applicants can obtain forms and guides from the INZ Pacific Offices in Samoa, Tonga and the Visa Application Centres in Fiji.
3. Bulk forms and guides can be purchased directly from Excel Digital Print Ltd.
4. Visa Application Centres globally provide Immigration New Zealand forms on request.
